The shop portion of erikhenryvick.com is governed by these three simple terms and conditions:

1. Warranty and Returns Policy:
   1. Signed Books: If the book is inscribed to an individual, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect in the book itself, or Erik made a boneheaded mistake spelling your name. If the book is signed without an inscription, we will accept a return.
   2. T-Shirts and Other Merchandise: Because this merchandise is created via custom, on-demand methods, we can only accept returns in the event of a manufacturer's defect in either the item itself or the printing. We cannot accept returns due to size or color issues, because we cannot return those items to the manufacturer. However, there is a size chart with every clothing item, and we provide images of each color option available.
   3. In the case that you need to request a return, we ask that you contact berserkerik@erikhenryvick.com for a return authorization and the shipping address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Privacy Issues:
   1. Everything on this website is first covered by our Privacy page here.
   2. In addition:
      1. Making purchases on this website requires personal identification such as name and address, as well as requiring payment via PayPal.com. We have no liability for Paypal.com's privacy policies or data security.
      2. We do not allow account information to be stored on our website or its servers.
      3. It is our solemn oath to you that your information will only be used to process your order and nothing else.
3. All sales are final with the exception of the special cases defined in the Warranty and Returns Policy.
